Creative Director

Job Description:

As the CEO/Creative Director my job is to run the overall agency and drive the vision/mission. This means my areas of focus include everything from creative strategy to execution of the work as well as overseeing key decisions around operations which include new business, HR, finances, IT, recruiting, and marketing.

$123,320 to millions

Career Path:

I worked for a software company in high school that allowed me to learn UX/UI design and then went to work for a design studio in San Francisco creating some of the first websites. After that, went to work at another creative digital agency in Santa Monica and started teaching at the ArtCenter College of Design. Shortly after, started Hello Design in January of 1999.
